THE FINANCIAL ABUSE I HAVE EXPERIENCED:
Kieron Sullivan abandoned his entire family on 19 August 2017.
He departed Mexico and flew to Australia.
19 months later we were forced to fly back to Australia, so Kieron Sullivan could take the children from me.
A final punishment for telling him NO for domestic violence.
NO MEANS NO!!!
He had threatened me many times over the years, that if I ever left him, he would leave me with NOTHING.
Well, he certainly did that, and his crimes have gone unpunished.
He is the Perpetrator of Domestic Violence, and he has all the rights in Australia.
I am the VICTIM of Domestic Violence and I have NO RIGHTS in Australia.
CHILD SUPPORT: He refused to pay child support so we could not afford rent, food and other necessary items to survive in Mexico.
CHILD SUPPORT: He refuses to pay the debt he STILL OWES ME for child support.
DIVORCE & SETTLEMENT: He refuses to settle this quickly so I can get on with my life.
He insists on going through lawyers, however it can take months, even years, and he is financially advantaged.
What little money he did provide for his children when we abandoned us, was erratic and irregular over a 3 month period, then he stopped all together.I am getting financially abused every day I wait for him to stop the insane control he has over me. I cannot get on with my life, I cannot contribute to the economy. He has left me stranded and helpless.
HE HAS ME TRAPPED
Financial abuse happens when an abuser takes control of finances to prevent the other person from leaving and to maintain power in a relationship. An abuser may take control of all the money, withhold it, and conceal financial information from the victim. Financial abuse happens often in physically abusive relationships.
The financial abuse I currently experience is extreme,
and without a settlement & divorce, I cannot start my life again.
