What is the definition of a narcissistic sociopath?
Narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) involves a pattern of self-centered, arrogant thinking and behaviour, a lack of empathy and consideration for other people, and an excessive need for admiration. Others often describe people with NPD as cocky, manipulative, selfish, patronizing, and demanding.

ABOUT HIM - Major Problems
1. Poor dental hygiene - saved a fortune on toothbrushes, toothpaste and dental floss, but cost the government so much more in FREE dental visits for LIFE.
2. Long toilet visits - he acted like he was sitting on a throne and he was King of the Castle.
- He loved playing gambling games on his phone while he sat and did nothing for a couple of hours.
He claimed compensation for irritable bowel syndrome (East Timor).He also has a poor diet and loved fatty food and lots of meat.
3. Compulsive biting of finger nails until they bled - picking the skin around them with his teeth or nail clippers.
4. Chronic teeth grinding while sleeping, or drunk and nearly passed out.
5. Constantly picking his mangy feet - especially after wearing crappy army boots to work, or wearing them on exercises and pack marches.
6. Eating super-fast and overeating, and of course - Upsizing Every Take Away Meal.
- bad for the digestive system and an easy way to put on weight.
7. Hated sharing his food - he would have BIG cook ups in front of the family and eat it all up. Would get angry if anyone would ask for some food. Sometimes he would offer the kids the scraps of his plate once he was over-full and gasping for breath.
8. Loved greasy food - greasy bacon, eggs, deep fried food - I wonder if he bought another deep fryer for the luxurious rental home.
9. He wasn’t a fan of fresh vegetables and fruit.
no wonder he always had bowel problems!Always whinged about salads or vegetarian meals.
10. He always offered his alcohol so he could have a drinking buddy.
But would force people to have ‘just one drink’, even when they would say no.
11. Constant gut dragging of tailor-made cigarettes - he has no control.
He is selfish and needy and cigarettes will always come first in his life.Doesn’t care about much of the government’s money he spends on his unhealthy lifestyle.
12. Hoiking - the process of projecting phlegm from one’s mouth.
- it’s anywhere and everywhere for him.
13. Constant masterbating in the shower or in a sock - no sex control.
Men actually can live without masterbating all the time. Its all in the head.
Thinking about sex all the time is a conditioning perverted mindset - it is not normal.
14. Sexual harassment - Women he knew - he would grab their arses and breasts
Passing women who were complete strangers in public - put his hands around their waist to get past.
When he would get friendly with women, he would touch them on their arms, hands, shoulders during conversations.
15. Over-talking - always the one to do all the talking, he knew everything and everyone else knew nothing.
Controlling every conversation and picking all the boring subjects of course.
16. Believing he had symptoms of PTSD years before he was ever diagnosed.
17. He’s a great actor - he tries to act like the super fun cool guy after a few alcoholic drinks.
As long as the receiver is drunk too, he can generally pull of the act.
18. He loves to feel sorry for himself.
He is great at getting everyone else to feel sorry for him.

19. He loves sleep - he had way too much sleep - He slept like an old fat lazy dog.
20. A lazy sloth around the house - hates picking up after himself
21. He is the driver - the ultimate driver in the world - I was always the passenger when he was in control of the vehicle
22. He loved to speed and overtake - a very impatient driver
23. He would abuse other drivers with the windows up - It was so dumb!
24. He loved red meat and had this need to eat large quantities super fast
he ate spares ribs like a pig, leaving grease all over his face
25. He would complain if I made vegetarian dishes or meals with salads
26. He had this attitude like he was ‘God’s Gift to Women’
27. He always wanted us to be the Mr & Mrs Jones amongst our peers
28. He was an EXTREME sexual pervert
29. A Fridge Pig
Always sculling back drinks from the refrigerator, leaving the door open for excessive amount of timeHe would scull back the milk, drinking large quantities, especially the day after he had been drinking alcohol
30. Hated eating around the dining room table for meals
If he really felt like he had to sit at the table, he would wolf his meal down then leave before everyone else and sit in front the TV there was always something he couldn’t miss
31. Obsessed with gambling games on the phone, iPad, and computer or laptop
32. He would drink alcohol until he passed out.
33. Urinate anywhere like he was a dog -
the boys started picking up those bad habits when they were young
34. Never used his manners - would belch and fart constantly like a grotty bogan
35. Only did lots of cleaning up when we had guests around for dinner parties - he loved putting on a big pretend show
36. He would leave a mess on the bench after cooking his BIG fry-ups and would never clean out the dirty sink if he used it.
He would leave dirty plates lying around, as well as beer bottles and cans.
37. Always had to have fancy beer in the refrigerator - had to put on a show.
38. He had to consume alcohol at a rapid rate, not a night would go by that he didn’t drink alcohol.
He always acted like he was the life of the party after a few drinks, never great at socialising without alcohol.
39. Liked to mix the alcohol, and tried to force me to take his meds when we were drinking together.
40. Excessive gut dragging of his tailor made cigarettes- he could never give up smoking
Never cared about the costs of anything pertaining to his wants - as soon as money came in he always ‘needed’ something that was important to him
I had to organise direct debits for all bills, so we didn’t fall behind in electricity, internet, phones etc.
41. He couldn’t budget, and was always overspending - he couldn’t wait for anything, and certainly couldn’t save for anything.
Always running to mummy for extra money because he was always a needy greedy little boy.
42. His needs came first, the children and my needs always came last.
43. He is a material boy in a material world.
- He believes success is the fancy house and all the toys.
- You gotta fake it to make it!
44. He thinks that by purchasing material things for the children makes his a good father - he is very sadly mistaken.
I spoke to my beautiful children last week. They are not happy. My little Sarah said he plays in her room by herself a lot. She has lots of toys to play with, and plays on her iPad a lot.
45. He will never admit he is wrong, because he is never wrong.
He is the perpetrator of extreme violence and he really believed he has done nothing wrong.
He is innocent - and apparently I deserved to be abused for years.
46. He’s so super smart - well, he loves to brag about his intellectual capabilities and his high score on his IQ test he had as a kid.
He is the best at playing Star Wars Trivial Pursuit - He would win every time.
He only like to play so he can against a team of players, and win.
47. The Man Flu - Always running to the doctors every time he got a little sickness.
48. He’s a sheep - a follower, not a leader. He needs to follow every little hip trend that comes out - Like the Man Beard - That was a joke trend by the way - People desperately follow trends due to their own insecurities and the need to be accepted by others.
49. He never wanted a wife - he wanted a mother to pick up after him. A cleaner, a cook and a sex slave.
50. Shaving his balls and arse-crack was super freaky - It most often happened just before he went away on an army trip.... He would always grab some condoms and lubricant on the way out the door.
WOW, what an amazing man he turned out to be!!!
Sadly, his mental health conditions are the result of his training in the ADF, and the trial drugs in East Timor.
But instead of fighting to beat the mental health conditions - he has, like usual, choosen the easy way out.
To live a solitary lifestyle and consume large quantities of anti-psychotic chemical medications everyday - They are all FREE!!
It is common for psychotic narcissists to not take responsibility for their actions.
Do what the others do, look for the easy way out and hide from the world!!
What an incredible upbringing he is currently giving our four innocent children.

And it’s no wonder there are so many problems with ADF Families and domestic violence, and also with women in the Defence Force being victimised, and sexually harassed by men in the army.
Oh dear how sad. No one should ever have to go through what you did, however you say he suffers from narcissistic tendencies however can I ask if you ever did anything wrong, have you ever played with anyones emotions at any time ? Just a thought .
